Internet transfers in practice
Open the client, then Cashier, then Deposit, then Internet Bank Transfer. The banking details are on that screen. Use the player username as the beneficiary reference. Send the bank’s success confirmation to accounts@silversandscasino.com. The page says a transfer verified by email is credited at once, and that the casino can void the credits if the amount never appears on its statement with the value date of that transfer.
If a deposit does not show, the FAQ asks for a PDF proof to support@silversandscasino.com. If a withdrawal is already pending, the FAQ allows a further deposit only by ordinary bank transfer, again with the username as the reference and a proof of payment. The minimum on that note is R50.
The cash-out clock
The first withdrawal asks for a passport, identity document or driver’s licence. That check is described as once-off. Card depositors, and every international player, must also send the card form before a payout. Hide the security code and the middle eight digits. Leave the first four, the last four, the cardholder name and the signature visible.
Pending cash-outs are processed in two working days, not counting the day you asked, and not on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. The page’s own examples: ask on Monday and the funds are sent on Wednesday; ask on Thursday and the weekend pushes the send date to the following Monday. After the casino sends the money, the same page allows up to 72 business hours for it to show on a bank statement. The FAQ describes the same two working days and then up to three further working days, depending on the banks.

Weekly ceilings
Jackpots and winnings that come from bonus credits are paid at R10,000 a week. Separately, the cash-out page says payments up to R100,000 are paid within two working days, and further winnings in the same month are paid at R100,000 a week. Those are operator ceilings, not a forecast of what a given spin will return.
Cards
A successful card deposit is available immediately and is confirmed by email. The operator says it will consider a refund of a purchase if you are dissatisfied and the reason is valid, via support@silversandscasino.com. That is their wording, not a guarantee from this guide. You must be 18 or older. The card page also says to keep a copy of the transaction, the game rules and the payment method.

What are the published rand floors?
The FAQ prints R50 as the minimum deposit and R200 as the minimum withdrawal. A deposit coupon in the terms also needs at least R50. Cash-outs go to a personal cheque or savings account in South Africa.
When does a Monday withdrawal leave the casino?
The cash-out page says handling takes two working days, skipping the request day, weekends and public holidays. A Monday request is sent on Wednesday. A Thursday request moves to the following Monday. The bank can then take up to 72 business hours.
Is there a crypto cash-out limit?
